attuverse - AT&T U-verse internet and TV


So far ATT Uverse is looking to be a nightmare! starting w/ the installation appointment being moved w/out any notification from ATT despite numerous confirmations throughout the week leading up to the install. Technician basically did a plug and run w/ almost no review of the system (despite the hyped training they claimed would happen), he left my universal remotes and integrated systems a mess. Now that I have the service, I find out you can only be using 2 HD signals at once despite the fact they were happy to sign me up and charge me for 5 TV's and boxes. Then I find out they only broadcast in 1080i not the newest 1080P. They also dont expand the High def signals to fill up the screen like Comcast. The internet speed I order 12mb is lame compared to what I was getting w/ Comcast..........two days in, I am not a happy camper........gone give it a couple of more days then pull the plug, unfortunately I am holding the bag on the hassles of getting Comcast back out and dealing w/ all the mess and wasted time. Oh, by the way they dont tell you, but you can only pause live TV on the TV that has the DVR box attached and not the others. SO the commercials are misleading as well

your company discrimantates on appartment complexes. You should offer cable to everyone not just a select few. My appartment is on the side of the building that is not dish compliant and can only use cable. Apparently you do not want to service everyone equally and you are loosing out on alot of service and money.
