Wireless unlimited phone and directv

I selected a bundle system from ATT on the Internet in August. I asked for Wireless DSL, Unlimimited Phone service and Direct TV and was given a rate for the above. The components were acknowledged separately and I saved this correspondence.
Direct TV was installed successfully.
Internet connection was not satisfactory and me Mail Program was corrupted. When I asked for a "fix" I was told that I had to pay an additional $115 for "technical support." I agreed to pay this amount and support person made my Mail program inoperable totally. So I was forced to get my emails only from the Web, a situation which still exists.
The first month;s bill, I was warned, would contain some one-time charges so i didn't pay much attention to it and just paid.
The second month I saw that the phone was being billed at Local service rate and I was being charged for all my Long Distance calls which amounted to over $200! I had signed on for Unlimited Long Distance but when I called them they said they had me down for Basic Rate. I pointed out to them that I had my original order with my instructions. They said they had sent me a subsequent booklet outlining my service and i should have reported that it was in error. Well, this was true, I hadn't caight THEIR ERROR. So I agreed to split the long distance charges with them and they changed the order as of that date that I called. So-the next month I get a bill charging me for the long distance calls I made Between the time of the last bill and the day I called! I refused to pay this portion and sent a check for the rest of the bill with an explanatory letter, with a complaint letter to the company, with an email regarding this matter and with a phone call. Now I have got the next month's bill, I am being charged the past ampunt as an add-on, they are threatening to charge me interest if i don't pay for their mistake!
My whole relationship with ATT has been horrible. I had for more than ten years similar bundle with a company in PA and never had a problem. Moreover, if I had trouble with my Internet connection/Mail program I could call them 24/7 and they would help for nothing and quickly and efficiently.
ATT has been simply awful. Their technicians are incompetent and their customer relations are non-existent.
I will not pay the portion of my bundled bill that is leftover long distance calls that I should not have been billed for in the first place. I have a copy of my original order!
They have corrupted my DSL connection with my computer's mail program but i will live with that.

All I want is for ATT to expunge the remainder of this unfair charge from my bill and my payment record, since it was and is their error and I have the correspondence to prove it(which I have sent them copies of.)
