Terrible Uverse service

I have been with uverse and there has been nothing but terrible uverse service from bad signals, freezing, pixelation, and no sevice. I am fiber to the house. The greatest technology since slice bread so they say but if the knuckle heads at uverse/techs don't know what they are doing. No shows by techs to being late after the 4 hour window wasting your valuable time. DVR's, splitters, gateways or(modems) go out. The techs do not want you to use HDMI's connections but use components so there will not be issues and they will not have to come back. Then why start a business to compete with cable and satellite companies if your receivers will have trouble with HDMI's signals. To get a theater sound with the best HD sound is a fiber connection from the reciever to the cable box(motorola 1225) does not work. The sound skips like being on a cell phone.

at&t lies all the time - they promise then can't deliver - I asked for a triple play with Wireless Phone (cell), Television, and Internet. The salesman said that was what I was getting. The contract was pages long and in lawyer ease. He pushed me through the contract then got me out as quick as possible. When I tried to access my account via the internet, I found out that there were two accounts - one for Unverse TV and Internet, and one for my wireless cell phone. I went back and the guy denied that is what he said and told me the contract stated other. Bait and switch. I have called time and time again for problems with my bill - the service is good but the customer service is terrible. As long as you do not have an issue, they are a good company. When you have an issue wait for the lies. They told me I could get out of my contract. Now that I want to, they are saying that was not stated. My cousin was with me when one manager told me that he would terminate my contract. When I tried, he denied ever saying it. The money is 160 dollars. What a lying company. I hope the Tmobile deal falls through as they are the better of the two companies and I went back to them - I had them for 10+ years and dropped them because the service was bad. I got 4G technology which should resolve this. Oh well another corporation trying to steal money with services they do not have. Deceptive Marketing.
