Get this they disconnected my uverse and suspended my account had me mixed up with another customer that was supposed to be canceled because they did not pay got the account # messed up by one digit my account got suspended by accident. I know sometime mistakes happen and I can deal with that but get this it has been a week and still no phone call to sechedule my service to get turned back on I work from home and have been with out Internet and Cable.
Poor customer service if you ask me. I dont understand how and why they can turn off customers accounts so easily but yet it takes so long to get service turned on especially since it was the companys mistake. I hate AT&T I cant wait until another company comes into effect gosh I wish South Western Bell was still around!!!@!
