    Att was to install U-Verse today. TV, Phone and internet. A very nice man showed up right on time and walked through the house so he could see what was involved. Somehow, the signal is not outside in the ATT box. They don't know why and he has waited for three hours for them to fix it. Now, they sent a man to climb the telephone pole, and find that is not the problem either. They have disconnected my phone and I just sit here and wait. These are supposedly the experts.     I was to have 7 BOXES AND 2 PHONE LINES IN STALLED 11/26/08. THEY Came out and only did one phone line and had 6 boxes working after the tech left. By the next day 3 were down. They sent the tech out 2 days later and now we had no service or phone for a couple of days. they were supposed to add an extra box bringing us to 8 total. I tried to put on the 8th box but they would not allow that in the initial install. When they finally got the service up and tech left. It was down a few boxes days later. they sent out another tech 12/17/08. But they were supposed to hook up the 2nd... More...

  • NO SHOW!!

    Let me just say that Uverse is by far the best cable and interactive tv out there; BUT.....for 2 days in a row a tech was suppose to be here and they didn't show up and didn't even call. It has taken 5 days to get somebody out here. So if you plan on getting this installed you better take a week of vacation. More...
