  • Uverse unimpressive!

    We've had Uverse 2 months and are NOT at all impressed. We wanted DVR, and it works, but sometimes skips alot on the playback. Further, internet speed is not the lowest available from ATT, but is still too slow..slower than what I had before. The phone has noise in it all the time and delayed dialing ..minimal delay, but delay nonetheless. We would cancel, but are moving to a new house soon, and have decided to not move the service with us! No better than the combined other products out there, really, and not user-friendly.   • On demand needs help

    To whom concern, let me say that your "On Demand" needs a lot of help. The movies you have on "On Demand" aren't good movies, there boring. You guys need to step it up. Take a lesson from "Direct TV," there movies are fantastic. I believe that AT&T can do the same, the question is when ? And it wouldn't hurt you guys to improve your movies that you show regularly.   • Uverse channels

    When I switched from Everest a few years ago, the AT&T sales rep told me that I'd have the same channels that I had with Everest. I assumed wrongly that he knew what he was talking about. The Tennis Channel was one of my favorite channels. I keep asking if/when AT&T will add it, but the answer is "We are always adding channels. Some additions are coming soon."   • Not ready for prime time

    I have had ATT Uverse since 12/08 and have had nothing but problems. 1. Could not get my voice mails 2. Could not log on to my computer 3. MY phone went completely dead and I could not call out or receive call. These were finally fixed after a month of talking to the service dept. Now my biggest problem is when the TV freezes up and I am on the phone my call is lost and I cannot use the phone until the TV comes back on or until I shut it off and wait a few minutes.   • Promotion

    I was told that I would get a promotional reward when I had the att-u-verse package installed in Feb. 2008 but I never got it. Now they tell me that it is too late to received the reward after I had turned in my request but never receiving it. Why didn't I get my reward? Why can't I still get my reward?
