Today a technician came to my house to fix a uverse problem I have been on the phone an have had tech's come out in the past. This is the first time I had a professional person he knew what he was doing loved his job was extremely helpful an fixed my problem. I hope you acknowledge this person his name is Chau Joe Vu and if all companies had him for an employee customers would be extremely satisfied. He is outstanding Thank you very much a satisfied "as of today" customer
